Spring/Summer 12 Week Session begins April 20

April 20 – July 16 (no classes May 18 Victoria Day, June 10, July 1 Canada Day)

Two Membership Options:

SNT Membership (including access to 5 weekly LIVE signature classes and the private large recording libraries of LIVE classes and shorter workout videos) – $124 (including HST)

Extended Membership (including access to everything in the SNT membership PLUS 3 additional LIVE extended       membership classes and their recordings PLUS 3 Saturday classes marked below in bold) – $146 (including HST)

Mondays

6:15 am Heat Combo – 45 minutes

Tuesdays

8:00 am Connected (Brain to Body) – 20 minutes – part of the extended membership

6:30 pm Intense Strength – 45 minutes plus 10 minute Deep Stretch 

Wednesdays

5:15 pm Arms & Balance – 30 minutes – part of the extended membership

6:00 pm Flow Yoga – 45 minutes

Thursdays

6:15 am Cardio & Strength OR Tabata (alternates each week) – 37 (Tabata) – 45 minutes (Cardio & Strength)

Fridays

7:15 am Butt & Thighs  – 30 minutes – part of the extended membership 

8:00 am Flow Yoga – 45 minutes

Saturday Outdoor 7:15 am Classes in Burlington at Spencer Smith Park: May 23, June 20th, July 11th
