New 12-Season Of Sue Newton Training (SNT) Classes Launching Wednesday April 3, 2024

Spring season runs from April 3 to July 5 (June 3 to June 10 inclusive no classes)

You can join at anytime after season start on a pro-rated basis, just email Sue!  New this season as part of the extended membership is outdoor BLAST class on the Burlington Waterfront four early Saturday mornings over the 12 week season.

SNT Membership (including access to 5 weekly LIVE signature classes and the private large recording libraries of LIVE classes and shorter workout videos) – $118.65 (including HST)

Extended Membership (including access to everything in the SNT membership PLUS 3 additional LIVE extended membership classes and their recordings, marked below in bold) – $140 (including HST)

Mondays

6:30 am Butt, Thighs, Core (BTC) – 30 minutes – part of the extended membership

7:30 am Dance Cardio Muscle – 30 minutes – NEW CLASS TIME

Tuesdays

6:30 pm Intense Strength – 45 minutes

Wednesdays

5:15 pm Arms & Balance (A&B) – 30 minutes – part of the extended membership

6:00 pm Flow Yoga – 45 minutes

Thursdays

6:15 am Cardio & Strength OR Tabata plus Core (alternates each week) – 45 minutes

Fridays

7:30 am Butt & Thighs (B&T) – 15 minutes – part of the extended membership

8:00 am Flow Yoga – 45 minutes

Saturdays

April 13, May 11, May 25, June 22 – outdoor BLAST class at 7:15 am on the Burlington Waterfront – part of the extended membership
